The Portal provides you with modern web based quote and apply functionality with all the major UK risk offices supplying quotes. Our role is to make placing risk business simple and profitable for you.
The LifeQuote Portal has been designed, developed and built by DLPS staff who have real experience of the Protection and Mortgage market. DLPS was set up in 1998 by the current Managing Director Mike Ward.
Background to DLPS
In 1990 Mike Ward set up Ward Mortgages trading locally as an adviser.
In 1998 Mike set up DLPS and began to focus more on the Protection market, setting up the first interactive Protection quotes system on the internet. In August 2001 Skipton Building Society bought 75% of the business. In March 2008 Direct Life and Pension Services Ltd became a 100% owned subsidiary of
Cardif Pinnacle, part of the global banking group BNP Paribas.
The LifeQuote portal has been developed over the past 9 years and supports the protection sales process for a large number of advisers, banks, building societies and networks.
We employ over160 staff in our Chichester office and currently deal with over 6,000 new applications, on average, every month.
