This can be completed within minutes of the sale by either filling out the insurers’ application there and then or sending and email link to the client so they can complete the application in their own time. Our dedicated team will then transfer the information onto the insurers underwriting system and contact the client for collect any missing information.

We will make a short call to your clients to confirm the booking you have made for them or obtain any missing information
We will complete the Express Underwriting call and submit the application to the insurer, using specifically trained staff, skilled in completing the application in a professional and timely manner.
We record all calls and take the risk of any non-disclosure away from you and your business
The quote, online application, key features document and acceptance terms will be available to view and download on case tracking
We contact your client by telephone, text, email and post to keep them updated on their application whilst also keeping you constantly informed of progress too, logging all activity on Case Tracking
We will take care of chasing the insurer, GP reports (if necessary) and your client until the application has been submitted and keep you updated
Your designated Administrator will tailor the service we provide to your requirements. They will update and support you and your client throughout the whole process.
Once on risk, commission is usually paid within two weeks

NB: If you prefer to complete your applications in person and do not have online access when visiting your clients, we store all the providers paper data-capture forms in the stationery cupboard within the LifeQuote Portal.
