Our simple application process gives you more time to focus on the advice, and getting to know your clients not completing detailed questionnaires. Once submitted, you can track cases from different insurers in one place. To save time, our Decision in Principle function will indicate expected terms before a policy is submitted.

Tele-Interview

Tele-underwriting made simple. Our direct to insurer, tele-interviewing service handles the submission promptly and professionally. You can select a suitable time for us to call your client or simply leave us to arrange the tele-underwriting call.

Once a call is booked, we will confirm what information we need. We use fully trained, audited and dedicated staff to complete the application. What’s more, we record all calls and take the risk of any non-disclosure away from you and your business.

Apply Online

You can also benefit from our simple and fast Apply Online option. This lets you complete an application within minutes of the sale:

  • either you fill out the application there and then,
  • or you email a link to your client, so they can complete the application in their own time.

Our dedicated team will then transfer the information to the insurers underwriting system and contact the client to collect any missing information. 

 

 

 

What happens next?

  • You and your client will receive an e-mail confirming the next steps.
  • We’ll call your client to confirm the booking and obtain any missing information.
  • We’ll make the Express Underwriting call and then submit the application to the insurer.
  • You’ll be able to see and download the quote, online application, key features document and acceptance terms on Case Tracking.
  • We’ll update your client on their application by telephone, text, email and post.
  • We’ll keep you informed of progress by logging all activity on Case Tracking.
  • We will take care of chasing the insurer, GP reports (if necessary) and your client.
  • We’ll update you according to your agreed preferences with your designated Case Manager.
  • Once a policy is on risk, we usually pay commission within two weeks.
