We have been providing our services to advisers for over 30 years and introduced our integration with iPipeline in 2016 to provide an efficient way for advisers to hand their quotes from iPipeline to LifeQuote for processing.
The integration allows you to source your quote through SolutionBuilder and handoff the application to LifeQuote to complete the processing.
Once you have sourced your quote through SolutionBuilder simply choose the ‘Hand-off apply to LifeQuote’ option from the Apply menu, this directs you to our bespoke Telephone Application booking system.
You’ll be asked to complete some basic information about your client, some of which will be prepopulated, before completing Direct Debit details, and finally choosing to book a tele-interview appointment slot or handing to us to do this on your behalf.
Once the telephone application has been completed we will manage the application through to a decision. This may be an instant online decision or there could be some further underwriting and medical requirements requested before a decision can be made. You will be assigned a specific Case Manager who will be your direct point of contact for all your applications regardless of insurer or product.
Alongside our Case Managers, you will have access to our online Case Tracking tool. This provides real-time updates, access to important documents, and has notifications of any policies that may be at risk post-completion.
